Give your wings a bath, purge out the undesirable blood water. Pat dry the wings with kitchen towels.
Heat up a pan, no need to add oil. Lay the wings rough skin side down. Leave it drizzle for a while till there’s chicken oil coming out. Switch sides to fry the wings and don’t hesitate to use a lit to cover up the pan while cooking, this way the wings cook faster.
Stick a knife/ chopstick/fork in one wing to see if it’s well cooked. Once done, there you have your super easy fried chicken wings!
